At the first gathering of The Gate in 2008 Holy Spirit began to speak through the drums. Several had visions of Jericho and the armies of angels surrounding the city and then at the sound of the shofar they pulled the walls down. The people of God did not use the language of their hearts or their origin but Joshua has been told to circle the city and use the shofar. Someone encouraged people to begin walking in a prophetic act around the room and soon every one was circling the room as the drums echoed the language of angels. Someone said the walls all had names written on them and urged everyone to see the words on the wall and believe that those walls were coming down. Another began to sing and named some of the strongholds of life like greed, rage and lust. Others silently looked in the spirit to see words like fear, financial needs, poverty and loneliness. Some saw the walls around the city of racism, sectarianism, and other giants in the land. Faith is growing. These walls are coming down.

Another had a vision of waves breaking on the walls and breaking them down and someone responded with a word about breakthrough. The words of Micah 2:13 were read a short time later: “The breaker goes up before them; they break out, pass through the gate and go out by it. So their king goes before them, and the Lord is t their head.” This was followed by Isaiah 62:10 “Go though, go through the gates. Clear the way for the people, build up, build up the highway; Remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples. Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth, “Say to the daughter of Zion, “Lo, your salvation comes.” So shall your walls come down. So shall you break through. So shall your new gates be open and you will follow your king through the gate to prepare a way for the people to come to know him.

Yvonnette testified about a night of prayer at an African embassy. Earlier in the year she had begun to pray around the deserted embassy. Over time as she prayed workers began to restore the embassy. At one point she was able to enter in and Holy Spirit told her it would be the Ambassadors residence. Later Holy Spirit opened doors to meet the ambassador and his staff. Then she was invited to facilitate 24 hours of prayer at the embassy. At the holiday gathering she joined in a circle for prayer. As she took the Ambassador’s hand one of the representatives from the embassy came and stood near them and speaking of Yvonette, said to the Ambassador, “She is an Ambassador of God and represents a much higher government.” Only someone from the embassy could say such a thing to the ambassador of their nation.

The words were spoken with revelation and Biblical understanding. Yvonette is and you are an ambassador of Christ the King and the Kingdom of God. There is absolutely no higher government. In 2008 you will enter into a new gate of revelation of what it means and who you are as an ambassador. You are seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. He has given you his authority to accomplish his will on earth. His name is above every name and he has been given all power and authority. You are the highest representative of the Kingdom of God on the face of the earth. You represent the King of Kings and you have been called and chosen to fulfill his plans and purposes on earth as you pray, “Our father who is heaven, let your kingdom come and your will be done on earth just as it is in heaven.” In 2008 you will proclaim the gospel of the kingdom with signs and wonders and miracles following, until your city and your region is filled with his glory as his kingdom comes on earth.
